Things You'll Need:

  • good quality yogurt
  • Karo Syrup
  • egg yolks
  • heating pad

  1. Step 1

    Obtain all your needed ingredients.

  2. Step 2

In a blender combine the formula which consists of goats milk or evaporated milk, yogurt, Karo syrup and egg yolk in a blender until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Step 3

  4. Step 4

Using a small baby bottle or one specifically designed for young puppies feed the orphaned pups until they are full.

  5. Step 5

Setup a box that will keep the puppies together to ensure their much needed warmth.

  6. Step 6

Place a thermometer without the puppies in the box to record the temperature achieved either with a suspended light bulb or a heating pad.

  7. Step 7

Achieve a temperature of 101-102 degrees. You may need to place more insulation between the heating pad and the pups or more distance between the suspended light bulb in order to reach this temperature.

  8. Step 8

During the first few days plan on spending time feeding every two hours or so. After the first week you move to feeding every three hours and then during the second week every four to six hours.
