Drink Water- Make this routine. Drink a full glass upon awakening and have sips throughout the day. The key is consistently. Always have a bottle/glass of water handy. Have a full glass near going to sleep and use the bathroom before turning in.

Get Sleep- There is no more powerful health and immune system booster- not exercise, not vitamins, not anything. Make it a priority always. Shower/baths prior to nighttime sleep is a powerful circulation and immune system stimulant, which also reduces stress hormones and aids sleep.

Aerobic Exercise- The second most powerful health booster. Consistency is more important than marathons.

Weight Training- More than aesthetics, resistance work makes the body more efficient in carrying out everyday tasks. The result is a more effective and productive you.

Eat Variety- Select different colors and types of fruits and vegetables. Aim for something you don't usually have in the supermarket.

Deny the "Foreign"- Non-food substances weaken the body. This includes: most prescription and over the counter medications, vitamin/herbal supplements, and alcohol/marijuana (both neurotoxins). A high-quality multivitamin is sufficient. Other than having a specific nutritional deficiency or medical necessity, supplements are not advised. The chances of adversely affecting the body's protective homeostasis is far, far greater than any possible positive effect

Step 7
Find Nature- Always get at least 10 minutes of sunlight daily, regardless of the weather. Always take brief walks daily, preferably in a natural setting.

Avoid Stress- Remove yourself from toxic people or situations. Responsibility is one thing, subjecting yourself to avoidable sources of stress or tension is quite another. Never do it.

Social Interaction- Converse with a variety of people, in a variety of situations. This can be either vocally or with the written word. This is good not only for the brain, but for health overall.

Simplify- Perhaps the most violated principle of health. Live to the essentials of life only- "cut out the fat." Reveal the extraneous for what it really is and remove it. You will be both happier and healthier.
