How to Make a Mini Gift Bassinet

i made this bassinet out of small ice cream containers, brads and an old lace shirt. i used the cuff of the shirt for the hood, the neck, around the bassinet and the back bottom of the shirt for the skirt of the bassinet. i hot glued all the lace flowers and ribbon.

Things You'll Need:

• small icecream containers
• lace
• old lace shirt
• ribbon
• hot glue gun
• brads
• small ribbon flowers

1. 
   putting together hood,bottom and base

   i used a hole punch, then inserted brads to attach hood to bottom of the
   bassinet, then hot glued to a small clear container. you could also use
   another ice cream container upside down for the bottom

2. 
   hood

   i used the cuff of old lace shirt for the hood. just hot glue and cut off the excess. i cut the neck of the shirt to make the lace around the edge of the bassinet bottom. i used the bottom back of the shirt for the skirt, i hot glued to the inside and drapped over to let hang.

   finished bassinet

   i added ribbon, lace and white string beads. you can decorate with
   whatever you have.

• i made a small pillow and stuffed for the mattress.
