Here are some tips on ways to find cheap wine. All are still good tasting wine that will keep you on budget.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Box o' wine is perfect for any occasion. Its cheap, decent wine. The best thing is it keeps for a very long time because of the bladder in the box doesn't allow air to contact the wine ever. Box o' wine equals out to around 2 bucks a bottle.

  2. Step 2

Make your own wine. Sometimes this will cost you more if you mess up, but you'll have fun doing it. You can buy wine kits to start off your wine making kick. This is a good way to make inexpensive wine and have fun doing it. Any type of wine is possible to make, change it to your liking, you are the brew master!

  3. Step 3

There is plenty of $10 and $12 dollar wines that are just as good as the $20+ wines. When I'm picking out a new wine I look for the wine lowest in stock. That usually means more people like that wine and buying it more often. I have found quite a few wines I like that way. I tend to stay away from wines closest to the cash register, these are higher profit gimmicky wines.

  4. Step 4

Free wine! Go to wine tasting events. Some places hold these evens just to get you into the store. Did I mention free?

Tips & Warnings
  • If you find a wine you like, write it down including the vintage. Different years of the same wine can change taste.
  • Try new types of wine, you taste will constantly evolve.
  • Buying a box of wine you don't like is a huge waste.
