They would have you believe that just 10 minutes a day, three times a week on their 'Flabomatic' will give you great, easy six pack abs. Unfortunately some people believe this, even more unfortunate is some people run out and buy that miracle machine only to be dissapointed, and a little bit poorer. The fact is two things need to happen for you to get six pack abs; first, you need to build your abdominal muscles, and second, you need to reduce your body fat to about 12% to see all that hard work you put in.
