How to Make a Rhett Butler Cocktail

Who didn't love Rhett Butler in Gone With The Wind? His carefree attitude, his squinty eyes and cute smirk. Most of all, the way he told Scarlett off! This cocktail is easy to make and is just as carefree as Rhett himself.

Things You'll Need:

• 2 oz. Southern Comfort
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. white Curacao
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
• Lemon twist
• cracked ice
• cocktail shaker
• cocktail strainer

1. Start by chilling a cocktail glass in the freezer.
   
   The cocktail glass is also known as a martini glass or stemmed cocktail glass. However, any type of glassware will do. The drink taste the same no matter what style of glass you have but the cocktail glass does give the cocktail a certain class.

2. Combine the Southern Comfort, fresh lime juice, white Curacao and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice.

3. Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer.

4. Shake the concoction well then, while using a cocktail strainer, pour the beverage into the cocktail glass.

5. Garnish the beverage with a twist of lemon. Then turn on some music, sit back and enjoy!
