Instructions

    • 1

Use a sugar or salt scrub on your elbows at least twice a week. All that you need for a good scrub is some coarse sea salt or sugar and a little olive oil. Mix the oil and salt or sugar together to form a thick paste and massage into your skin. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse.

    • 2

Juice a lemon into a bowl and mix with salt until it forms a thick paste that you can use as a scrub. To see results you're going to have to do this several times a week.

    • 3

Follow your scrub with a good moisturizer. And don't forget to put on an old long-sleeved pajama top or T-shirt—otherwise you're going to get lotion all over your bedsheets.

    • 4

Apply lotion to your hands and arms throughout the day. Just make it part of your routine to reapply lotion every time you wash your hands and soon it will be a habit.

Tips & Warnings

  • You should start seeing results for this in about 1-2 weeks.
