V.A.S.S. – Visualization, Action, Strategy, System

This is an excerpt from my upcoming Book I am writing entitled VASS – Vision Action Strategy System due out this year on Amazon.com From chapter 1 What is VASS?
Have you ever thought that maybe just maybe you were someone special or you wanted to be able to live like you could never really possibly imagine? Have you ever wondered what “really” separated you from that person who has all the money or fame or success that you desire so deeply within your heart of hearts? What is that “something” that sets those who achieve so much from those who seem to just trail along or never really succeed at all?

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    1. VASS™ – You must have a Vision then take massive Action toward developing a Strategy to create a System for success. The principles behind VASS are simple, easy to duplicate and quickly applicable to any business or personal goal to achieve rapid results. Vision: I need to know what I want my “outcome” or the “why” before I can achieve my goal. In other words I need to be clear about the “benefits” I will gain for instance not just “oh I want a Million dollars” but rather have specific needs or desires met such as I can now be genuinely happy knowing that I can pick out the new BMW that I want or home, and “feel” fulfilled and proud of my new success. You need to create emotional associations to how it will make you “feel” once you accomplish a goal as opposed to just thinking about the “car” rather think and link how it will make you “feel” when you are behind the wheel, and importantly how others will perceive you once you do succeed. This will assist your mind in knowing “why” you are doing what you do. Every time you choose to do something, either consciously or subconsciously your mind always needs to know “why” you are doing it. Your mind works at this level just like it did when you were a child and always asking “why” because the mind needs to clarify the logical reasons or you will not be effective at achieving your goals. If you can answer the “why” question appropriately, then your mind will have no reason not to allow you to do what it is that you want to do.

  2. Step 2

    2. Action: Once you know what you want your outcome to be, and you know the “why”, you then need to formulate a Massive plan of action toward developing a Strategy that will create a system to achieve your goal. Once you can design a Massive plan for action – you will then have the elements you need to begin developing a strategy. You can then take the plan and strategy and create a system to implement your action plan.

  3. Step 3

    3. Strategy: An effective strategy is a process that will allow you to focus on the core elements of your plan to produce the desired result or goal. To develop an effective strategy that will yield the results you are looking to achieve, you need to define the elements, rules and tools that you will use to implement the strategy into a system based on your action plan.

  4. Step 4

    4. System: A strategic system is when you organize a set of interrelated ideas, principles and methods that work harmoniously to generate the outcome or goal that you are trying to achieve. You take the elements, rules and tools you used to develop your strategy – then implement those into your system
