How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream Without An Ice Cream Maker
This is another ice cream that can be made in any refrigerator that has a freezer compartment. The making does not use any additional electrically powered appliances. It is simple, economical, and delicious. The recipe makes one quart of ice cream. This is for Sophia. Does this Spark an idea?

Stir the vanilla into the cold cocoa mixture. Beat the cream until it is stiff. Stir the whipped cream into the cocoa mixture and pour it into a freezer tray. A freezer tray is any tray, metal or plastic and preferably shallow, that will fit in the freezer compartment of a regular refrigerator. It will take about 2 hours for the ice cream to freeze. Serve and enjoy!
