The first step is to find a proxy service that is not blocked by the content filter. A proxy service is a website that will navigate to the website for you within it's own IP address, therefor masking the website that you are trying to view. The easiest way to do this is to type "free proxy" into a google search.
If it is not blocked, www.freeproxy.ca is a great website that lists over a hundred free proxy service. If it is, poke around on google a little bit and you will find one in a few minutes. -

The next step is to go to the proxy service website and type in the URL you are trying to navigate to. Proxy services operate by making use of ads, so you will have plenty of them to view.
