I personally know someone who was healed of a terminal disease by Holistic alternatives, one of which was drinking freshly made juices with a vegetable juicer. Here are some of the benefits YOU can recieve from using an electric juicer.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When we eat solid food, it has to be broken down by the digestive processes into liquids. With a carrot juicer we can make raw nutritionally loaded juices that are much easier on the digestive system. Juices are quickly assimilated into the body within minutes compared to solid food which takes an average of three to five hours .

  2. Step 2

The vitamins and antioxidants you'll receive from the fresh juices made with your vegetable juicer are a great way to build up your immunities and reduce you risk for diseases like cancer.Carrot juice is a cancer fighter, high in beta-carotene and very rich in many essential vitamins and minerals.

  3. Step 3
     electric juicers

When we juice a combination of carrot-celery-parsley and spinach with our electric juicers we have one of the richest sources of protein in the easily digested and assimilated vegetable juice category.

Dr Norman Walker, world reknown for his health and nutrition books, has said that if we use our carrot juicer to make a combination of fresh carrots, beets, and cucumbers it can help dissolve the excessive volume of uric acid crystals (These play a part in both liver and kidney problems and gout.)

  5. Step 5

Buying a vegetable juicer for your grandma would be awesome. Some elderly people have difficulty chewing raw food and can truly have better nutrition using electric juicers.

Tips & Warnings
  • You may think you won't like a carrot juicer since you don't like carrots, but when carrots are turned to juice, they become very sweet and you may really like the taste. Even if you don't at first, you might "acquire" a taste for it as I did, I now love it.
  • Some of the electric juicers you may want to research and check out reviews for are: a jack lalanne's power juicer , juiceman juicers or a omega juicer. A champion juicer is a awesome pick if you also want to juice wheat grass. which is incredibly healthy for the very ill.
  • If you are comitted to juicing don't go super cheap. You can get an electic juicer for $50 bucks but , it will be incredibly noisy and probably won't last long.
