How to Pass An Anatomy Course

This guide will show you some steps you should follow if you want to pass an anatomy class.

1. In regards to the gross anatomy portion of the class, you will need to study a little bit every day. There is no doubt about it. Memorization is reinforced by repeating what you study. People don't remember much if they cram the night before. If you class has a lab portion, use that time to continue studying the gross anatomy.

2. Make sure you attend lectures regularly. This may seem like a no-brainer, but often people perform poorly on tests and quizzes because their attendance has been less than satisfactory. If you can't make a class, make sure you get the notes from a friend in the class.

3. Set up a study session with a few people from class. Bring any questions from class that you have and see if you can answer them together. Studies have shown that people study well in groups, and people can help you find some gross anatomy that you might now have been able to find.
