How to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy

Do you want your kids to eat healthy foods? It is hard to get your kids to eat healthy by this ehow may help you out. Because you are what you eat.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Let your kids make the food. Kids like to see how the food is made and if they see it they may eat it.

  2. Step 2

    Hide it in the food. If you put the healthy food in some thing they like they may not see or taste it so they may eat it and not know.

  3. Step 3

    Tell them how the food help their body's. Kids are not dumb they want to feel and look good so they may eat the healthy food. If they know that the food will help them they may eat it.

  4. Step 4

    Play with the food. If you put or make the food into a food that it is not like make mash cauliflower . What they do not know will help them.

on 1/15/2009 I'm a strong advocate of hiding vegetables. This way, if your child really loves it, you can eventually praise them for eating a certain vegetable. Within a few months they will probably be happy to try it on its own. My son thought spinach was 'herbs' for a long time and now absolutely loves it. Thanks for sharing!
