How to Get Through Depression
Depression hurts. It hurts personally, as well as the people around us. It maybe hard to go through, but there are some things you can do to get through it faster.

Make a list. Think of some of the things that are making you feel this way and how you can make them better. For example, I was depressed when I was in debt, but I thought about how to make it better, and I got another job. I also stopped buying the things that I did not need. As a result my debt has gone down a lot and I've realized that there is always a solution for everything.

Get out more! Don't EVER forget that you have family and friends who love you and support you. It's their happiness that you should try and get involved in. Maybe you and your friends used to go to the mall or the beach together. Maybe you prefer to go somewhere just by yourself and think.Whatever it maybe, get out of the house and have some fun.

Let it go! Learn to breathe easier, and remember to take life one step at a time. Remember "grudges are a waste of perfect happiness," and its up to you to create your own.
