Things You'll Need:
- Bananas
- Meyer's RUM
- Brown Sugar
- Butter
- Non Stick Saute Pan
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Mint for garnish

Step 1
Take Banana's and slice in half. Then cut the half Banana in half until you have 4 pieces-put aside (Use 1 Banana per person)
Measure 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar-put aside
Measure 1/2 cup of RUM-put aside
Take 1 stick of Butter-put aside (More than 3 desserts use 2 Sticks of Butter) -
Step 2
Warm up your Saut'e Pan. I would use Medium Heat, because you do not want to burn the Butter. Put butter in pan and melt. Add Brown Sugar to butter and mix until its brought together. When your Butter/Sugar starts to bubble add your Banana's.

Step 3
Take a fork or tongs and turn the Bananas until their coated with the Butter and Sugar. You will see the Bananas will start to soften and that the Butter and Brown sugar will meld with with the a Banana's. Now take some serving dishes and have a friend or family member scoop some Vanilla Ice Cream in a serving bowl. While they are doing this you will add the RUM to your pan..BE CAREFUL-RUM IS FLAMMABLE!!! But that's what you want at this point. You can tilt the pan towards the flame of the stove or use a match to light the alcohol in the rum. Flames will rise off and burn the alcohol away leaving just the flavor of the Rum.
When flame burns out you will then scoop four slices of Banana's on top of the Vanilla Ice Cream. Garnish with a sprig of Mint. ENJOY!!!
