Step 1
This marinade is great on pork or chicken. Juice one lemon in a bowl. And add 1 packet of saz'on to the bowl of lemon juice and whisk the two ingredients together. Then add 1/4 tsp of adobo and whisk all the ingredients together well. Then you marinade the chicken or the pork for 4 hours or so and cook.
-
Step 2
This marinade is great for chicken. You put equal parts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and wisk together well. Then add some chopped fresh basil to the oil and vinegar. And put the marinade over the chicken and marinade for 4 hours. Then cook the chicken how you like.

Step 3
This one is a great marinade for lamb. The first thing that you do is drizzle the lamb with olive oil. And then season the lamb with salt and pepper to taste. Then add chopped fresh garlic cloves to the lamb. Now add to the lamb chopped fresh rosemary. let the marinade set in for at least 2 hours or so and then cook.

Step 4
Here a few chicken marinades. Put your chicken in a large zip loc bag and add to the bad 1/4 cup of salad dressing. Use a 1/4 cup of dressing per pound of chicken. Great dressings are Italian or the balsamic vinaigrette. You can also use honey mustard dressing. I always use fat free dressing, you never know the difference and if you are able to cut fat and calories well why not. You are not sacrificing taste.

Step 5
This is a great marinade for steak. All you do is season the steak with salt and pepper. Then you do is rub the steak with a half of clove of garlic on each side of the steak. Then add 1/2 cup of Peter Luger sauce to the steak. coating the meat well. You can let the steak now rest overnight or marinate for at least 4-6 hours.
