How to Write a Letter to Your Daughter
Obama recently wrote a letter to his daughter. This is a great way to tell your child how you feel about them. Plus it is fun to write and fun for your child to read and gives them something special to keep.

1
First let your child know that you love them in the letter. You may say "There is no one I love move" or "Although I don't always say it I love you."
-
2
Next talk about things that you noticed about your child recently. Talk about how nice she is to her brother or sister or how much she has grown up.
-
-
3
Now talk about what you enjoy doing with your child. This will mean alot and remind her of these things for years to come.
-
4
Make sure to specify in the letter that you are proud of your child and tell your child exactly why you are proud of them. This could be their academic progress, work ethics, athletic ability, etc.
-
5
Talk about some of the memories with your child that means alot to you. This will really connect with the child. You can talk about a vacation or a shopping trip etc.
-
6

I write these to my daughters all the time. It's good to let them know as much as possible how we feel about them. 5* -
