Set aside 30 to 45 minutes a day, 5 to 6 days a week to walk around your neighborhood or local park. Make sure to have a good pair of walking shoes.

Drink plenty of water daily. The average person should be consuming 8 glasses of water daily. Proper hydration is key in weight loss and exercise.

Monitor what you eat and do not over eat. Eating 6 smaller healthier meals a day is better than 3 large meals. Make good food choices. If you do have a "bad" meal all is not lost! Get right back to making "good" choices!
