Things You'll Need:
- 1 box Old El Paso Stand and Stuff taco shells
- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 package Mcormich chicken taco season
- 1 c. Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch dressing
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 2 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
-
Step 1
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. This is so you can heat taco shells before assembling tacos.
-
Step 2
Wash and dice raw chicken breast.
-
Step 3
After washing, season chicken breast to taste and put in frying pan on medium heat.
-
Step 4
Add diced onion and green pepper and cook until chicken is done.
-
Step 5
Add 1 c of water and simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
-
Step 6
In the meantime, place other taco ingredients in small bowls. i.e lettuce, diced tomatos, shredded cheese and ranch dressing.
-
Step 7
Warm taco shells for 2 minutes. Taco shells do not take long to warm so stand and wait so that they do not burn.
-
Step 8
Spoon warm chicken mixture into heated taco shells.
-
Step 9
Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, green onion.
-
Step 10
Drizzle with bacon ranch dressing.
