   When two people agree on a matter,often they need a written agreement

   First of all you will need all the information on the deal for which the contract is being prepared.This includes the full names of the parties involved in the business deal.The amount of money involved.The terms of the agreement.The basis for the agreement,and any other pertinent bit of information you will need in order for the document to make sense.

   Writing the Contract

   You can do this however you prefer either align your work on the right or left,or you can center it.
   The date is the first thing you need to put on your document.

   A Good Contract needs to explain the Deal

   Now take the information you have compiled on the parties and specifics of the deal....and fill in the blanks using the form below.
