There is a simple formula to writing a legally binding contract no matter what the purpose,and that formula is as close as the next click of your mouse.

    First of all you will need all the information on the deal for which the contract is being prepared.This includes the full names of the parties involved in the business deal.The amount of money involved.The terms of the agreement.The basis for the agreement,and any other pertinent bit of information you will need in order for the document to make sense.

    You can do this however you prefer either align your work on the right or left,or you can center it.
    The date is the first thing you need to put on your document.
