Things You'll Need:
- baking soda
- natural soap
- clean pillowcases
- water bottle

Step 1
USE BAKING SODA
After washing your face, or wherever you have acne, with a natural soap, apply baking soda to your skin. Mix about 1 tsp. of baking soda with a little bit of water until it forms the consistency of toothpaste. Massage this gently into your skin for about 15 seconds and rinse. Do this twice a day. -
Step 2
CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE
It is absolutely amazing to me how quickly skin can clear up by following this simple step. Change your pillowcase at least every 3 days and you will be so surprised how much clearer your skin will be. -
Step 3
DRINK WATER
Carry a water bottle with you at all times and drink plenty of clean, filtered water. If you are not drinking enough water, your skin will let you know.
Once you follow these three steps, your skin will look like new!!!
