How to Apply Eyeliner

Applying eyeliner can be difficult. In this easy tutorial you will learn how to apply eyeliner like a pro.

Things You'll Need:

• Black pencil eyliner

1. First gently clense the eye with warm water and a cotton ball. This will get rid of any grease, or left over make up from before. You can also use an eyemake-up remover either in liquid or cream.

2. Dry the eye completly with a tissue. If the eye is wet it will be more difficult to apply the liner, also it will smudge.

3. 

   Close the eye and pull gently on the outside corner of your eye making the surface tight. Begin to draw starting at the inside moving out. If you want a little flare on the outside of your lid, just continue following the shape of your eye out.

4. The bottom eyelid is a little more easy. Gently pull down your eyelid and start to draw close to to the lash line. Start inside and work your way out.

Tips & Warnings

• If you have a wobbly hand, try steadying your elbow on the counter.
• You can also make dots along the eyelid and then connect them. It may be eaisier than drawing one straight line.
