Incorporate calorie-burning activities into your day. There are many activities that you can do to burn a few extra calories during your day. Try strapping your baby into a baby carrier that holds your baby in front of you. You will be able to see your baby, get chores done, strengthen your core muscles, and your baby will probably be lulled to sleep by the motion.

Exercise. If you want to get to your pre-pregnancy weight, or less, you are going to need to add some additional cardiovascular workouts to your daily routine. There are a lot of fun ways to exercise with your baby, such as, pushing a stroller and doing crunches with your baby on your belly.

Weight Training. If you are really serious about losing the baby weight fast, start lifting weights. Weigh lifting will tone your muscles. The more muscle-mass you have the higher your resting metabolism is going to be.

Eat clean. In addition to fruits and vegetables, make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet for the amount of exercise you are doing each day. You should also take a multi-vitamin.
