Things You'll Need:
- 2 eggs per person
- 1/8 cup milk per 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- frying pan
- microwave safe bowl

Step 1
On the Stove:
Get the pan hot! Place 2 tablespoons of butter into a medium frying pan on the stove, turn the temperature on medium and heat until the butter has melted. -
Step 2
Scramble the Eggs! Crack the eggs into a bowl (being very careful not to get egg shells in the bowl, you don’t want crunchy scrambled eggs).

Step 3
Add milk to the eggs and whisk until all the egg is mixed well with the milk. Add salt and pepper to the eggs to your own taste. There are many additions you can make to scrambled eggs. See the Tips below for a list of things you can add to your scrambled eggs!

Pour scrambled egg mixture into the frying pan. Stir continuously until the scrambled eggs are well cooked.

In the Microwave:

Pour scrambled egg mixture into a greased microwave safe bowl. Place scrambled eggs into the microwave and cook on high for 45 seconds. If the scrambled eggs are not fully cooked, microwave again for 10 second intervals, until your scrambled eggs are well done.

on 4/16/2009 Thank you for your article. I have the Tristar Microwave Egg Cooker (with 4 cookers and a pedestal) but have lost the cooking guide. Would it be possible for you to show cooking times and power settings for the different egg recipes that were included? (Scrambled, poached, hard and soft boiled, etc.)Thank you so very much.
