I have had T-mobile for many years and have never signed into a new contract yet always had a newer phone. 1. The great thing about T-mobile is that their phones take a sim card. This means that you don't have to take a new phone to them for programming. When you upgrade your phone with a cellular company, you generally have to sign a new contract. This is probably about two long years and a few hundred dollars for early termination.

2. I highly recommend using Ebay to purchase your new T-mobile phone. I have bought many phones on Ebay and have never had a problem. The first thing to do is to check a sellers feedback. You want a seller that is near 100 percent positive in rating. I would also search for new in box phones. Before you search Ebay, I recommend you search T-mobile.com for a current listing of the newest phones on the market.

   phones as you like. Just insert your sim card and you are ready to go. This is a very easy way to own the latest model phone and disregard the long contract.
