How to To Have A Really Cool Birthday Party On A Budget For Kids

First off buy or make any kind of cake mix you would like, follow the directions on the box for cup cakes.

Fill the Ice cream cones until the batter fills 1/2 way up the top part of the cone. The part you normally place the icecream in.

Set the filled cones in a cupcake pan so they won't fall over and make a mess.

Bake as directed on box for cup cakes. They will puff up over the edge of the cone and be spongey when they are done. Use a toothpick to poke the center if it comes out clean they are done.

Let them cool down and you can decorate them yourself or you can buy a few different kinds of icing and sprinkles and let the kids at the party decorate their own as a fun activity.
