Things You'll Need:
- 2 cans Frito Lay bean dip
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups prepared guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 2 sliced green onions
-
Step 1
Create the layered taco dip by spreading the bean dip on the bottom of a casserole dish. To eliminate the clean up after eating the layered taco dip, use a disposable pie tin instead.
-
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with the dried taco seasoning mix. Start with half the packet and add more to taste for a spicier layered taco dip. Spread the sour cream layer onto the bean portion of the layered taco dip.
-
Step 3
Make guacamole or use prepared guac from the supermarket. Spread it atop the sour cream layer. As you’re spreading the layered taco dip, leave tiers a little “rough” and allow the edges of the previous layer to show through.
-
Step 4
Spread the salsa on top of the guacamole as the fourth layer of the layered taco dip.
-
Step 5
Sprinkle the layered taco dip with the shredded cheddar cheese. Then add the drained black olives, diced tomato and sliced green onions as a refreshing touch to the layered taco dip.
