Make Great Hot Wings
Make Great Hot Wings

We all love them, they taste great and believe it or not they are easily made at home. Try this recipe or add stuff to change to your liking!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Deep Frier
  • Chicken Wings
  • Franks Hot Sauce
  • Butter
  • Chili Powder
  • Bread Crumbs
  1. Step 1

First you will need to thaw your chicken wings. I usually place the bag of them in the sink and fill the bag with cool water to speed up the process. Do not deep fry frozen.

  2. Step 2

Take 2 cups of Franks Hot Sauce, 1 stick of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of Chili Powder and combine in a bowl big enough to fit the wings in also. More chili powder will spice them up for those who love them HOT!
Preheat the deep frier to 350 degrees.

  3. Step 3

Bread your thawed wings with bread crumbs- pour crumbs into a baggie and add chicken, shake them a few times and remove the wings.

  4. Step 4

Place them in the heated deep frier. Let them fry for about 10 minutes, they will float when they are done.

  5. Step 5

Place the cooked wings into the sauce and coat them well. Take them out off the sauce onto your plate and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You may also change this to BBQ wings by using BBQ sauce and butter rather than hot sauce and Chili powder.
