Things You'll Need:
- Computer
- Uploaded Pictures
-
Step 1
Start using the free paint program by uploading a picture to your computer. To use a free paint program, upload a picture or find a photo you would like to use off the internet. Be careful of copyright infringements.
-
Step 2
Go to http://www.pixlr.com/. This is a free website and works just like PSP. Go here and click "Jump in n' get Started." Once in Pixlr, click on "file" at the top of the page and open your photo. It will appear right on the work canvas.
-
Step 3
Pixlr.com is a website that offers a free paint program, and lets you do many of the things you can in Pro.This free paint program allows you to work with layers, background colors, and fonts. This little website is priceless for those that do not have Paint Shop. Be sure to start with a generic image and work your way up to one that you really need to detail.
-
Step 4
Choose your own options. You can also combine two images. In addition to this, you can combine more than one background, as well as make borders for the pictures you use. Website tools include smudge, paintbrush, sponge, and others.
-
Step 5
Photobucket is a great free paint program for computers too old to get PSP.The second free paint program online is Photobucket.com. You can now join this group, upload a photo and add content such as backgrounds, fonts and bling straight from the website. Just go to www.photobucket.com to join. This is also a perfect storage area for uploading photos to use on other programs.
