Super Bowl parties are great, but many people struggle to find child care in order to attend parties that are not so kid-friendly. With a bit of planning, you can have a super bowl party that is fun for the adults and the kids.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Design your super bowl party invitations. Make sure your guests know that the super bowl party will be kid-friendly. Consider starting the party about a half hour before the game starts.

  2. Step 2

Create the super bowl party menu. Include standard favorites, such as hot wings and chips and dips, but also add some new recipes for the adults. Try some stuffed jalapenos. Make sure you have kid-friendly recipes on the menu. Try chopped vegetables, like carrot sticks, with ranch dip. Add some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and pretzels too.

  3. Step 3

Prepare the house for the super bowl party. Arrange the room with the television so that there is plenty of sitting for the adults. Add some extra side tables for guests to use for their drinks and plates.

  4. Step 4

Designate another room that is kid-friendly. Set up a television with a dvd player. Have plenty of kid-friendly movies available. Get some board games out and make sure all the pieces are there. UNO is also a good game to have out. Depending on the age of the kids, you could include coloring books and supplies as well. This will help you have a great kid-friendly super bowl party.

  5. Step 5

Make sure the walking area between the room where you are hosting your super bowl party and the kids' play room is clear and easy to navigate. This way, when little ones need to get to their parents, it is easy to do so.

  6. Step 6

Remember to set out several trash cans to encourage your super bowl party guests to clean up after themselves.

  7. Step 7

Check in on the kids frequently, but also take time to enjoy the game and your guests. Have a great, kid-friendly super bowl party.
