Ever you ever considered doing a fast this information will be of help to you. When you fast, you abstain from food or drink, or both food and drink. Many people fast for religious reasons and other fast for health and vitality. Fasting helps purge the body of toxins and helps bring needed balance. On the up side you will look and feel better.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    It is advised to start out with a Partial fast. With a partial fast you will eat only one or two meals a day for a few days. This is a good way to get you body used to refraining from food.

  2. Step 2

    A Fruit or Vegetable Fast. With a fruit or vegetable fast you will drink nothing but fresh organic fruits and vegetables. A juice fast can be done for long periods of time, without negative effects on the body.

  3. Step 3

    A Water Fast. On a water fast, you drink nothing but water for a set amount of time. You can do a water fast for an extremely long time. With a water or liquid fast you will experience a great weight loss, after three day you will find yourself extremely alert and energetic.

  4. Step 4

    A Juice Fast. A juice fast would entail, drinking small amounts of diluted fruit or vegetable juices throughout the day, for a set amount on time. You will experience similar benefits of the water fast. Juice fasting is excellent for vitality and healing the body.

  5. Step 5

    A Fruit and Vegetable Fast. With a fruit and vegetable fast you will eat nothing but fresh organic fruits or vegetables. On a juice fast you can do this indefinitely.

  6. Step 6

    A Total Fast. When on a total fast, which entails not eating or drinking anything at all. The first three day are the most difficult as the impurities are being removed from your body. You may experience, hunger, dizziness or lethargy. After the third day you will feel revitalized and stronger.
