Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound of linguni
- 1 small container of heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 pats of butter
- 2 tabelspoons of flour
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Grated cheese

Step 1
Get a pot and fill it with water. Turn up the flame on high and allow to boil. Don't forget to add a bit of oilve oil and salt to your water.

Meantime, take a skillet and add in butter and flour. Mix and make a rue. Let it become thick and creamy.

When water boils, add in spinach pasta and cook according to directions on the box. Some pasta take longer than others.

Now add in garlic broth and cream, stir and allow to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

After pasta is done, turn heat off. Drain and transfer pasta into cream sauce. Toss and serve immidietly. Finish off with salt and pepper, grated cheese. Add a few leaves of spinach to the dish and toss a bit more.
