If you want big arms then you need big triceps! And I mean really big! It is said that 65% of your arms are your triceps and only 35% are your biceps. Do you know what this means? This means that you need to work out your triceps way more then your biceps. A lot of people think this muscle isnt necessary for big arms. Well that is SO not true. Here is the TRICEP CABLE PUSHDOWN steps which I think is very effective! YOU HAVE TO ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR TRICEPS TO REST. SO DO THIS WORKOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Tricep Cable Push Downs- Attach a bar to an overhead pulley.

  2. Step 2

Stand in front of the pulley with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the bar with a narrow overhand grip.

  3. Step 3

Bend your arms fully and tuck your elbows close to your sides at all times during the exercise.

  4. Step 4

Moving just your forearms, push the bar down in an arc motion until your arms are straight. Hold this position for a few seconds while squeezing your triceps. Then slowly go back up to the starting position.

  5. Step 5

    Repeat.
