How to whiten my teeth. Cost of teeth whitening- free
Laser teeth whitening costs a fortune. Professional teeth whitening can cost a fortune. Then I saw this teeth whitening method on TV and tried it on my own teeth. I selected just one tooth, because I wanted to see if it actually worked, if I could actually see a difference in teeth whitening. I did! To further cement the results of the experiment, I showed my teeth to my family one at a time and asked them to pick out the brightest tooth and they all picked the one I polished! Read on for this quick, easy and natural way to get a bright smile teeth whitening and keep the cost of teeth whitening to a minimum.

Teeth whitening baking soda and cinnamon- I like to brush with a toothpaste mixture of baking soda and cinnamon powder. The baking soda really scrubs away any plaque and the cinnamon, believe it or not, prevents/kills the bacteria that causes the plaque. You'll have fresh breath much longer with this combination! Don't forget to floss! Don't be frightened by the brown color, it washes out immediately.

Gargle with Hydrogen peroxide for 1 minute, then spit out. Do that every day and you should see your teeth whitened in a week.

The last step of your teeth whitening process should ALWAYS be with your regular toothpaste to remove any vitamin C from your whitened teeth and to remove the taste of the peroxide.
Tips & Warnings
Sometimes the peel seems too wet. Maybe leave it out for a couple of hours to get that rubbery feel to it, then stains should come off easily.
Some coloration won't come off because it's coming from the inside of the tooth.
Vitamin C damages teeth. Be sure to follow up with your regular toothpaste to remove any bit of peel left behind.
