    If you haven't already done this... install a multivariate split-testing software or use google's multivariate tester [google for more info]... But basically its a software where you can tell it to take elements of your page and randomly show different versions to different people. Like you can tell it to take 9 headlines and show different headlines to different visitors. I use these and have it like literally testing a dozen different elements at the same time (headline, color of page, font, font size, guarantee type... etc). And the best thing is it will show you which combination results in the most sales. This can ussually be as much as DOUBLING of sales. And IT is doing all the work.

  2. Step 2

    Slap on an unconditional full-year guarantee. Guess what, this actually decreases refunds to almost non-existent (probably people put off refunding until they forget about it, since there's no 30 day deadline). At the same time it literally explodes your sales (pretty good stuff actually)

  3. Step 3

    As they are checking out [you might need to hire a programmer for this] have the order page have an extra offer for one of your other products, something like [and btw this product goes great along with this other product, tick this box to add this product for just 19.99$ more]. This goes under cross-selling and upselling.

  4. Step 4

    After they purchase, in their confirmation/receipt email send them a mini-catalog of other related and/or add-on products that you have
