Make Glass Tile Pendants
Make Glass Tile Pendants

Learn to make these cute little glass tile pendants. Learn to customize with your own personal photo.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 inch square glass tiles
  • E6000 glue
  • scrapbook paper or personal photo
  • Aanraku bails
  • scissors
  • Diamond Glaze
  • Mod Podge
  • Silver or gold card stock
  1. Step 1

    Wash each glass tile with warm soapy water. Let air dry.

  2. Step 2

    Choose an image from either scrapbook paper, or one of your personal photos.

  3. Step 3

    Apply E6000 or Diamond glaze over the textured side of the glass, place image on the textured side of the glass so you can see the image through the non textured side of glass. Work out air bubbles by applying pressure. Let Dry.

  4. Step 4

    Trim any excess off with scissors.

  5. Step 5

    Use any metallic looking paper stock for the backing of the pendant. Apply a thin layer of Diamond Glaze or Mod Podge over the back of the paper or photo you used for the pendant. Apply the metallic paper to the back of your pendant. Let Dry.

  6. Step 6

    Apply diamond glaze to the back of the glass pendant to protect it and give it a glossy look. You may also use any sealant it does not have to be diamond glaze.

  7. Step 7

    Attach bail with E6000, to the back of pendant. Let dry. Enjoy wearing and getting nice compliments on your unique creation.

Tips & Warnings
  • Pendant is not waterproof, do not wear in shower or pool
