Step 1
Every night, soak one teaspoon of black sesame seeds in 1/4 cup of water. Every morning, drink the water (swallowing the seeds). This concoction has been known to help with joint pain due to arthritis.

Garlic has natural anti-inflammatory properties, and eating 2-3 cloves per day has been shown to help with arthritis pain. If you don't like the taste, go to a natural food store and buy garlic capsules.

Drink a cup of pineapple juice every day. Pineapple reduces swelling and inflammation.

Start a program of yoga practice. Yoga can strengthen joints and improve flexibility and range of motion.

Each morning, on an empty stomach, eat 3-5 fresh, unsalted walnuts.
