Drinking with friends can be fun, but the next day, we sometimes regret all that drinking. A hangover can be a terrible experience. Here are a few things that can make a hangover a little more bearable.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Aspirin or non-aspirin
  • juices
  • water
  • Gatorade
  • A Bed
  1. Step 1

First, to help prevent hangovers in the first place, before drinking be sure to eat a well balanced meal preferably with lots of starchy foods(which will help soaking up all that alcohol), and drink plenty of water. Also while you are drinking, try to get in a glass of water between each glass of alcoholic beverage.

  2. Step 2

Now, if you still wake up in the morning with that awful headache, sick stomach and other ailments, the first thing to do is drink plenty of water, because having a hangover, means that you are dehydrated.

  3. Step 3

Then take an aspirin, and try to go back to sleep. If a aspirin doesn't do the trick try the head-on stuff, or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth.

  4. Step 4

Now, take a vitamin high in vitamin C, or drink lots of juices, and/or Gatorade.

  5. Step 5

It is also a good idea to eat something, preferably fruit, crackers, mashed potatoes, or rice. This will calm down your stomach.

  6. Step 6

After getting down a little food, and drinking alot of water, try stepping outside for a brief walk. Oxygen and exercise can help as well.

  7. Step 7

Now, jump in the shower. Use just luke warm to cold water.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't drink coffee or caffeinated beverages, these can dehydrate you worse, which can cause more problems.
  • Avoid smoking for as long as possible, smoking can increase that throbbing headache.
  • You should never drink and drive!
