Making cranberry spritzers for your guests is an easy task. These spritzers are a refreshing, tasty beverage to include on your menu for your upcoming event. Your guests will enjoy both the fizz caused by the added carbonated water and the flavor infusion from the raspberry sherbet. Things You'll Need
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup raspberry sherbet
- 1 quart cranberry juice
- 3 limes or lemons
- 1 quart carbonated water
- Large pitcher
- Drinking glasses

Chill the lemon juice, carbonated water and cranberry juice.

Cut the lemons and limes into 10 wedges and set aside.

Mix the cranberry juice, carbonated water and lemon juice in the pitcher.

Add the sugar and sherbet, then stir until mixed well.

Pour the cranberry spritzer into the glasses you have selected and add lemon or lime wedges to the rim, or simply drop them inside the glass.

Tips & Warnings
Substitute the raspberry sherbet with another flavor to suit your taste.
Freeze the carbonated water into ice cubes and blend with the other ingredients for an iced version of the spritzer.
To make this spritzer kid-friendly, use a diet lemon-lime soda in place of the carbonated water.
