Things You'll Need:
- Credit Card
- Money
- Luggage
-
Step 1
Cruise around online at Hotels.com, Travelocity and Yahoo Travel. Here you will find hundreds of hotels meeting every travel budget. These websites offer fantastic descriptions and pictures of the hotels. They sometimes get special rates that you just can't find anywhere else.
-
Step 2
Use a travel agent. Travel agents very often get deals and special rates. In addition to their special rates, a travel agent may be able to better find the hotel that's right for you if you have never been there before. He or she will be able to answer many of your questions that could take quite a bit of work to get on line. They may also be able to get you a travel package deal that would be difficult to get elsewhere.
-
Step 3
Your credit card may hold the key to getting a great rate. Try booking your hotel through your credit card's website and see what hotel rate they give you. You may be pleasantly surprised and you don't need to be a gold member or a platinum member to enjoy this benefit!
-
Step 4
You don't need to blow your entire paycheck on a decent hotel for the night. Take your time and shop around!

on 1/10/2009 I love Vegas and you are never in your room so there really isn't a need to pay a lot.
