Step 1
Mail out invitations for your Super Bowl party at least two weeks in advance of the big game. You can choose to tell your family and friends about your Super Bowl party as the time gets closer, but if you choose this route you will not have a good head count for your party. By mailing out invitations two weeks in advance, you can have people RSVP so that you will have a head count for the big game.
-
Step 2
Prepare your menu 1 to 2 days in advance of your Super Bowl party. You want to be able to enjoy the Super Bowl like everyone else and not be tied to the stove. This is where having a head count will help you to prepare everything in advance. Some great items to make for a Super Bowl party are meatballs and sausage sandwiches. You can have these items sitting in crock pots through out the game so that people can help themselves.
-
Step 3
Set up at least three TVs that will be tuned in to the Super Bowl. This will give your party guests the chance to mix and mingle and not miss a single moment of the game. It is important to have many places where your Super Bowl party guests can relax and checkout the game. You will also want to have as many seats available as you do guests.
-
Step 4
Place at least 3 trashcans around your Super Bowl party. This will help with your post game cleanup. You do not want to have to spend the entire evening picking up the mess from your party.
