Step 1
Losing weight is not hard, weather you want to lose about 7 lbs in 3 days or add some things into your daily routine to lose a substantial amount of weight. No working out, or measuring food, just living. Eating what you normally would eat just a few things in between.
-
Step 2
Early morning. Drink coffee before you eat not while you eat. Coffee is a well known appitite supresser. It might give you the jitters, but it will keep you from over eating at the breakfast table. After your coffee then prepare your breakfast.
-
Step 3
Before you walk out the door. Wait alteast 5 minutes after you have had your coffee and breakfast. Or right before you leave for work. Swallow two table spoons of olive oil... yes olive oil. Might not taste great but it will hold you down til lunch. DO NOT WASH IT DOWN WITH WATER RIGHT AWAY. Wait atleast 5 mins before drinking something.
-
Step 4
Lunch. Try having your dessert first. have a yougurt before you eat your lunch. Only 60 calories, but believe it or not, after the yougurt, you will not eat half as much food at lunch because of the dairy. Weird but it works.
-
Step 5
Before dinner. prepare on a small saucer, olive oil, a little garlic (fresh or powder) and a finely chopped onion. You can have this hot or cold. Dip some toasted bread in it. sounds fattening, but believe it or not it will fill you and you wont eat as much of your dinner which most likely would have a heck of alot more colories than a slice of bread.

Step 6
And a little dessert never killed anyone. =)

on 8/20/2009 The only way you'll lose 7 lbs in 3 days is by dehydrating yourself. 1 to 2 lbs a week is more realistic. Lift weights so you can add or maintain your muscle mass while losing fat.
