Your first step is to find a supplier of heightening shoes. There are a few different shoe companies who have engineered a shoe with a built in hidden insole which instantly adds inches to your height and is 100% undetectable . One such website that offers this product is tallmenshoes.com . I have included this website and a few more heightening shoe supplier websites in my resources section below.

* Once you have logged on to the heightening shoe website of your choice you will need to choose a style and amount of added height you want. There are just about every category of shoe style offered on these websites . They have everything from casual to dress shoes , boots , etc . The amount of added height included in these shoes range from 1 - 4 inches . When choosing the amount of added height it is recommended that you start off with 2 inches before you opt for the max height of 4 inches . The explanation behind this is that the shoe company wants you to "get a feel" for the hidden insole before you jump to a bigger size. If you dont want to purchase a whole pair of shoes you can purchase just the heightening insole which will fit in any pair of your own shoes. The price of the insoles are $10 - $20 and the prices of an entire pair of shoes ranges from $40 -$100+ .

Once your shoes arrive walk around in them to "break them in" and get used to the hidden insole. You will be surprised at how much a 1-4 inch increase in your height will boost your confidence.

I like the look of tall shoes, especially heels. But it's a mystery how women can walk in those without breaking and ankle. Good article!
