Things You'll Need:
- Pita bread
- Cheese, Mozzarella and cheddar mix is my favorite.
- Pizza sauce, ragu makes a good sauce right out of the jar near the spaghetti sauce.
- Toppings, as many as your heart desires
-
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. If you have baking stones these work well. If not cookie sheets or just tin foil works. I use tinfoil as baking cheese is almost like concrete on your cookie sheets. Tinfoil is an easy clean up.
-
Step 2
Get your pita bread and spread on the sauce with a spoon. Make to your liking of amount of sauce.
-
Step 3
Add cheese, as much as you desire. I go overboard on cheese here, but hey its only for me.
-
Step 4
Toppings, lots of toppings. You cant go wrong here, you wont have anyone complaining about what you add cause this is your personal pizza.
-
Step 5
Place in oven on baking stone, cookie sheet or my favorite tin foil.
-
Step 6
In about 5 minutes these should be done. If you like crispy leave in for longer. Remove and let cool down, be careful as these things are very very hot. Enjoy, I cook these at least once a week and they are a huge hit with the kids. Easy to make and almost impossible to ruin.

on 1/21/2009 I make these all the time and love them. I add Paul Newman's marinara sauce, mozerella cheese, pepperoni, and more cheese. I love it..also low fat.
