Praying for your partner is powerful. Your mate is a reflection of yourself. To pray for them is to pray for that part of you that needs the same attention. Pray with or without them. What matters is your willingness to see the divine in them and in yourself, no matter the situation. Let's read how.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Paper and pen
  • 10 minutes
  1. Step 1
    Look Deeply Within

    Look Deeply Within

Take what is said or acted out by your partner into meditation. Ask yourself, "What part of this problem is about me?" Do not think it is selfish to think about yourself. You are so connected to this person that in healing yourself, you heal them.

  2. Step 2

Recognize your oneness with Spirit, with your partner and with ALL. Feel the lack of separation. In seeing, for example, that you may not be an alcoholic, but have addictive patterns, you cease judging. To continue criticizing them, is harmful to you. You are one.

  3. Step 3

Declare what you would like to see changed. Begin with yourself. Take responsibility for how your actions, inactions or mindset is energetically influencing your partner.

  4. Step 4

Say a prayer in your spiritual tradition. Remember to take responsibility for your part, as well as, pray for your partner's well being. Give thanks for the perfect manifestation of this prayer. Give thanks for the divine light that your beloved brings into your life. Your words have power and must produce what you declare. Prayers are always answered.

  5. Step 5

Pray daily for your mate and yourself until you get the results you want. Blessings.
