Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 cups sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 4 vitamin E capsules
  • 3/4 cup baby oil
  • essential oils (fragrance of your choice)
  1. Step 1

Combine sea salt, honey, and baby oil in a bowl. Use an air tight container if you plan to save the scrub for later.

Add in a few drops of your favorite essential oils for a touch of fragrance. Choose lavender for relaxation or peppermint for exhiliration. Citrus scents are a good choice for a morning exfoliate. You can create several batches of sea salt scrubs with difference oils mixed into each one. This will give you plenty of options to choose from as your mood changes from day to day.

  5. Step 5

Transfer the sea salt scrub to a pretty jar and seal it so it is air tight until you are ready to exfoliate.

  6. Step 6

When you are ready for a home spa exfoliation, just scoop a little into your hand and rub all over. You can use a loofah or bath mitt if you prefer.
