Things You'll Need:

• Place to bathe your dog
• Shampoo
• Dawn dish soap
• Leash
• Towels

1. Proceed to the place where you'll wash your dog. Make sure you have your shampoo, Dawn and some towels.

2. You may want to put him or her on a leash so you won't have to spend too much of your energy simply holding your pet still. Then, wet your pet as usual.

3. Before you begin to lather him or her up, add a few drops of liquid Dawn to the shampoo. Then proceed to bathe your dog as usual.

4. Rinse your dog. Make sure he or she is completely rinsed and no suds or soapy areas are left. Soap residue could cause skin irritation if not rinsed properly.

5. Finally, towel dry your pet. Make sure he or she is completely dry before you unleash your pet.

• Avoid getting soap in your pet's eyes, while your shampoo may be tear-free the Dawn is not.
