Get your mint. Fresh mint can be bought at the grocery store or grown in any home garden.

For Hot Mint Tea: Boil your water in the kettle. While the water is boiling, warm your teapot by placing it in a sink, bowl etc. of hot water (straight from the sink). When the water comes to a boil, dry off your teapot and place mint inside of it. Pour the boiling water into your teapot, over the mint. Let seep for 3-5 minutes. Pour and enjoy!

For Iced Mint Tea: Boil a cup of water in your kettle. Place mint in the bottom of the pitcher, pour boiling water in. Let seep 3-5 minutes, if you want to add sugar, now is the time to do it. A 1/4 to a 1/3 cup of sugar sweetens an entire pitcher. Once your tea has seeped, fill with cold water and place in fridge until you are ready to serve. Pour over ice and enjoy!
