Things You'll Need:
- Washing Machine
- A Gentle Detergent - Woolite, Victoria's Secret Intimates, or Forever New
- Lingerie Bag

Step 1
Place your washing machine on its "Gentle Cycle". Some of the newer machines actually of a cycle that is named "Hand Wash". Place the water temperature setting on cold.

If you have an older washing machine pour the detergent into the machine while the water is running. If you have a newer machine you will probably have a drawer that you pour it into. If you do not have one of the detergents listed make sure it does not contain bleach. Bleach can draw out the delicate material and cause the item to fall apart.

Step 3
Place the delicate garments into lingerie/intimates bag. This bag will keep bra clasps from snagging other articles of clothing. If you do not have a lingerie/intimates bag wash the articles by themselves.

Step 4
When your articles are finished washing take them out of the lingerie/intimates bag. Always air-dry your delicates. Dryers can cook residual soap into the fabric, causing it to deteriorate faster.
