Did you just finish eating your huge ham dinner and have a lot more leftovers than you thought? Well, here are a few simple solutions on how you can use your leftover ham before it goes to waste.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ham
  • Scalloped potatoes
  • Sandwich Fixings
  • Cream cheese
  • Dry italian dressing
  • Green onion
  1. Step 1

The obvious thing you can do is to make ham sandwiches for everyone's lunch. Bread, lettuce, mayo, pickles and onions make a delicious next day snack or lunch.

  2. Step 2

Another thing you can do is to make scalloped potatoes and ham. I just buy the store brand boxed scalloped potatoes (2 boxes) and make according to the box's directions. Then add diced ham. I sometimes will add a small bag of corn into the pan before baking.

  3. Step 3

If you are good at slicing the ham, try to slice it very thin. Mix a block of cream cheese, 1 cup mayo and dry italian dressing mix together. Spread on ham and place green onion on it and then roll. You can make finger food by slicing the roll into 1/2 inch slices.
